Journal of Law, Information & Science invites submissions for a Special Issue on Environmental Law, to be published as Volume 4, Issue 3.

Environmental regulation is undergoing rapid change: through legislative reform, judicial intervention, and the growing influence of international climate commitments on domestic law. This Special Issue seeks scholarship that examines these developments critically, whether doctrinally, empirically, or comparatively.

Indicative themes

  • Climate change litigation and the evolving right to a healthy environment
  • Environmental Impact Assessment: law, practice and reform
  • The National Green Tribunal — jurisdiction, procedure and institutional performance
  • Forest, wildlife and biodiversity law, including access and benefit sharing
  • Pollution control, environmental compensation and the polluter pays principle
  • Environmental federalism and the division of regulatory authority
  • Corporate environmental responsibility, ESG disclosure and green finance
  • Comparative and international environmental law

Papers on related themes are equally welcome.
